“Our experience with West Mechanical Inc is Outstanding, we were very pleased with the educational information provided by their very knowledgeable sales representative Stephanie, she made sure that all our questions and concerns were properly answered, we decided to replaced our gas furnace and add an air conditioner to our house. Their technician/installer David did an amazing job, he ensured that everything was cleaned and inspected before installation of the new units, he went as far as to corrected some poor labor performed by the previous installers. Everything looks perfect, from the installation of the equipment, the running of the new lines(vent lines/condensation lines) to the covers and sealing around the equipment. His professionalism is exceptional, David made sure that we were well informed and have the basic understanding in how to use our new system. We are very satisfied with West Mechanical, and I would highly recommend their services to family and friends.”
