“Tanner did a terrific job installing our new heat pump, working smoothly and efficiently with his partner, and completing the job even more quickly than had been promised. He is also very personable and pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, his handling of the paperwork was not satisfactory. The rebate form (my portion of which I had filled out while he was still at my house) sat in his truck for a week and a half, instead of being sent in to the utility company immediately, as he had promised he would do. Had I not followed up with the office at West Mechanical, it would likely still be there. Tanner is a good installer, but he needs to get his act together on the rest of his job. Still, he's young, and I hope he'll learn something from this experience.”
