Just a formal thank you for the work you performed this Friday and Saturday. You went way beyond the call of duty in arranging for Saturday delivery of our broken boiler part and then installing it that afternoon. Your professionalism and concern is in sharp contrast to the lack of service provided by another major plumbing/heating company in Bellingham.

West Mechanical has remained a responsive company with high integrity. All aspects of the installation of the new American Standard Heat Pump were handled well. We are very happy with the new ten year warranty and hope for many years of good performance.
Just wanted to pass along that I am impressed with your work. Nice job. The first time I realized one of the fans was running was when I saw the leaves in one of the fruit trees moving. I couldn’t hear it.

We are very pleased with our new Freedom 95 furnace with the Accuclean filter. West Mechanical did an excellent installation job.
Just a quick note to let you know how impressed I am with your service. I called you this morning expecting a several days’ wait just for a technician to be free to make an estimate, but not only did you dispatch one within a couple of hours, but he also found and fixed the problem with my heater right there. I also appreciate his detailed and friendly explanation of what had gone wrong. You should give Mike J. a raise! I will definitely call West again in the future.

Just thought you would like to know how your employees are. Your company has serviced us since 1994. Like clock work, someone calls every 6 months to remind us, it’s service time. In all the years of your service people, that come to our home, I give All Of Them… a 10 ( 10 is my highest score). The last service was done last week. In a world where most owners only hear the negative about their employees, I thought it would be nice to tell you…..
