The two-stage fan definitely seems to keep the temperature more stable. We have had to change our settings to a lower temp overall because the settings we used with the last furnace were too hot for the new furnace. I’m looking forward to seeing my next gas bill since this one seemed to double from last November. Janell

West Mechanical has remained a responsive company with high integrity. All aspects of the installation of the new American Standard Heat Pump were handled well. We are very happy with the new ten year warranty and hope for many years of good performance.

Just wanted to pass along that I am impressed with your work. Nice job. The first time I realized one of the fans was running was when I saw the leaves in one of the fruit trees moving. I couldn’t hear it.

We are very pleased with our new Freedom 95 furnace with the Accuclean filter. West Mechanical did an excellent installation job.

Just a quick note to let you know how impressed I am with your service. I called you this morning expecting a several days’ wait just for a technician to be free to make an estimate, but not only did you dispatch one within a couple of hours, but he also found and fixed the problem with my heater right there. I also appreciate his detailed and friendly explanation of what had gone wrong. You should give Mike J. a raise! I will definitely call West again in the future.

Just thought you would like to know how your employees are. Your company has serviced us since 1994. Like clock work, someone calls every 6 months to remind us, it’s service time. In all the years of your service people, that come to our home, I give All Of Them… a 10 ( 10 is my highest score). The last service was done last week.
