“My wife and I would like to thank West Mechanical for the recent installation of a Mitsubishi Hyper Heat heat pump system at our home on Camano Island. The team of Kris, Tony, Rudy, and Jack did an excellent job. They showed up when they said they would. They informed us as to what they were planning to do and asked our input where decisions were needed, before they proceeded with each step of the installation. They were always polite and cleaned up their work debris each day. The West Mechanical installation and customer service has exceeded our expectations. We will use West Mechanical in the future and would recommend the company to anyone considering a new HVAC installation or troubleshooting and repair of an existing system.

“We cannot recommend this company enough. We woke up to a cold house. Called West Mechanical and within an hour they were already scheduling someone to come out! That day! The repair man was courteous and answered all of our questions. They scheduled another appointment right there for further work to be done! Then on the worst snow day, Levy braved the roads and drove his own vehicle in order to get here to finish the work. Excellent, excellent customer service!”
“Excellent service from Colby and Jack installing our Mitsubishi 48K ductless heat pump with 24K, 18K, and 15K wall heads. Both were very professional and efficient in their work, despite challenging weather and logistics. They were respectful to us and our home and took time to answer questions and address concerns. This is our second time using West Mechanical and would gladly hire them again.”
