“Kris was extremely knowledgeable and creative in identifying HVAC solutions for my home, where I wanted to add air conditioning, replace an old gas furnace, and provide heat for a garage woodworking shop. He carefully and quickly took measurements throughout the house to determine system requirements and provided multiple options for preventing the sound of the outdoor component of the A/C unit from carrying to my (very close by) neighbor’s deck. While on site, he provided 6 different complete system options, including both A/C and heat-pumps, and helped me understand the trade-offs and cost-drivers for each. He clearly understood and addressed client needs in a very positive way. I highly recommend Kris and West Mechanical for home HVAC system design!”

I understand that there may be a policy for tech's to offer a service plan, however, i don't like to be "sold" a "plan" when i invite someone into our home for a service call. This is not a complaint about Brandon, since he was only doing what he was instructed to do.
