He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough with his assessment of our heat pump unit.
We were given details, including photos, of parts that had failed. He provided repair costs for those parts. He gave his advice of repairing an older unit compared to investing in a new unit.
Nathan also arranged for an Estimator Technician to visit our building, free of charge, to give us an estimate to replace our heat pump.
West Mechanical can be proud of their professional service. I'm very happy to be working with them.

Nathan is the serviceman who most recently has been to my house annually to maintain/repair the entire heating/ventilation system (as well as some other service people in earlier years).
