“Nathan was on time, wore booties to protect the flooring, and quickly solved our problem. We replaced the thermostat recently and turned off the power before working. Following our repair, the furnace worked fine for . . . a day! We rewired the thermostat, and even replaced it again thinking it was the thermostat. But no, it was a fuse in the furnace. Nathan found the problem and quickly fixed it. Thanks so much Nathan.”
