Surprised at the quick, timely, and professional …caring response from Brent, and the very quick resolution of my problem, and exchange to the TRANE total package. The removal of the old Carrier system, and the professional installation of the state of the art TRANE system, was accomplished in two days by Aaron and Dave with a minimum of anxiety or disruption.
