“Because of an electrical installation error committed by another HVAC company, our heat pump ran continuously, constantly overheating the master bedroom, sometimes by as much as 15 degrees. When the other company was not able to correct the problem after several attempts, we called West Mechanical for another opinion. Thanks to a team approach involving Tiffany, Brent, Aaron, Kyle and Tony, a complicated problem was identified and completely corrected. Their service was prompt and professional. For the first time in months, our system is operating perfectly. We highly recommend West Mechanical.”
“Honestly, not impressed. Technician was definitely not helpful. Invoice to replace a $39.00 part was over $850.00 and extremely vague. Service department could not justify the excessive cost. Taking my business elsewhere.”
“I was having some issues with my heat pump. Instead of contacting the company first, I left a poor review. I got a call the next day and two guys came by immediately to resolve the issue. I figured these problems were problems that I would have to live with after install. Great customer service. Would recommend. These folks care about what they are doing. I was honestly pretty surprised on how fast they came to help me out.”

“This was a tricky electrical problem — one that appeared and then disappeared — sometimes everything worked and then suddenly it didn't. Aaron and Brock tracked down the problem, isolated the cause, and fixed the wiring. They were prompt, professional and tidy. I was very happy with their work and will definitely use them and West Mechanical again should the need arise.”
“I will always use West Mechanical for all my electrical needs. Tony has always impressed me with his work and professionalism. Told me if I had any concerns or questions to give the office or him a call, about 10:30pm last night I get home from work and noticed I lost power to my kitchen and dining outlets and it smelled like something was burning so I called Tony and my apologies woke him up and explained to him what I noticed, he was willing to come to my house late night/after hours to attend my concerns. He talked me through what to check and I noticed a chewed up heater cord that I forgot to un-plug it from the outlet which was the burning smell I notice and hit the reset button on my outlet and “MAGIC” everything is working. I want to thank Tony for his Professionalism, Dedication and going above and beyond for us customers.”

“West Mechanical is great! Unfortunately I don’t remember the tech who came out but my furnace was acting up and after I was not able to figure it out and calling around local and every place was backed up West Mechanical came out right away from Bellingham to Burlington and in no time they had figured out it was a dirty sensor and so they did a 5 year cleaning and fixed the problem! The tech was great even after I apologized for the inconvenience of where my furnace is at he had no issues and didn’t mind. Great customer service, very fair price and company!”
