Preventative Maintenance

Just thought you would like to know how your employees are. Your company has serviced us since 1994. Like clock work, someone calls every 6 months to remind us, it’s service time. In all the years of your service people, that come to our home, I give All Of Them… a 10 ( 10 is my highest score). The last service was done last week. Gas Furnace Installation

I recently purchased a Trane natural gas furnace from West Mechanical. I found West Mechanical people to be dependable, knowledgeable and helpful. Brent, Dougal and Aaron individually and collectively made me feel comfortable in my decision. At the time of sale they gave several options and were helpful in my making a decision appropriate to my needs. They kept their appointments on time and the installation went exactly as they said it would, there were no additional charges at the time of installation because things were overlooked at the time of the sale. By the way, I chose West Mechanical initially by going on-line and reading several customer reviews, all were positive, not one negative review. In the future should I need a service that West Mechanical provides I will not hesitate to contact them. I am totally satisfied with their performance.
